All jewellery purchased can be returned to us if faulty or misrepresented, given that we are notified of this occurrence upon receipt of the item or within 1 day. Please note we will not be able to refund or exchange if notified after 1 day of receipt.
In the unlikely event of damage of your item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product by providing photographic evidence so we may access it. Please note that all items are subject to wear and tear and we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for a fresh piece unless the item is labelled as faulty by our customer service team at the time of receipt
